Every spring the Loveland Youth Soccer Association/FC Storm offers $1000 scholarships to two Loveland area graduating high school seniors, one male and one female, who played, refereed and/or volunteered for Loveland Youth Soccer Association (including FC Storm). The applicant must be enrolled in a college/university/school for the 2025 fall semester for the purpose of continuing his/her education.  Applicants do not need to be attending Loveland High School.

The application must include:

• An essay that describes how being a part of Loveland Youth Soccer, as a player and/or a referee, has positively influenced your life (250 to 500 words) and

• How you play to use the scholarship money to help further your education​

Timeline 

 

The scholarship application must be completed and submitted to LYSA by March 1, 2025.

Selected applicants will be notified by April 1, 2025.  If the scholarship winner(s) attend Loveland High School, their award will be presented to them in May at the high school recognition event.  Separate arrangements will be made for winners who attend other high schools.
